Resource Links
Here are some of my favorite links, including resources for creating art and jewelry.
Segment from HGTV's That's Clever!
I was on HGTV's That's Clever in August of 2006, episode # HCLVR - 219, making a Twilight Crown. It was a fun experience and I was amazed to find that the 6 hours they spent taping the process of making a crown was edited to about 6 minutes. My only regret is that our family dog Lily, in her very own dog crown, ended up on the cutting room floor. She would have been the star of the show! This link will take you to HGTV and the crown segment's write-up.
Art Night Out
This is the official website for Artascope, a fabulous studio building in Maine, filled with classes for all-thumbs beginners to accomplished artists. Make art during your next Maine vacation*! You can come home with your own fabulous creation in as little as 3 hours.
Wig Jig
Great site for most of the tools I use in my work. The Wig Jig makes my work easier to produce and more consistent – love it!
Kitchen Sink Tiara
This project is a creative way to help the victims of hurrican Katrina
Ann Veronica
My friend Ann Perrino makes these wonderful canvas bags using her own handprinted vibrant exquisite fabric. She has a studio/gallery in Cape Elizabeth, through which I sell jewelry and tiaras.
